APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
It is very easy to schedule appointments during our business hours. To make an appointment for primary, urgent or specialist care, just call (650) 570-2299. Whoever answers the telephone will be able to schedule your appointment. You also may e-mail us about scheduling an appointment.
If you are a new patient for primary or urgent care please plan your visit for 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment. This time will be used at our reception area to take your medical history and insurance information for our electronic patient records, as well as have you sign several forms.
For Urgent care, both returning and new patients can count on obtaining the earliest possible convenient same day or next day doctors' appointments. We do accept walk-ins also, but prefer that patients call us in advance.
In fairness to all of our patients, we are eager to have all scheduled appointments kept. Cancellation Policy: for all office visits, 48 hours notice prior to the appointment is required. Without such notice a cancellation fee may be charged. If you inform us early enough we easily can reschedule your visit.
