MEDICAL SERVICES
Mariner Medical Center has been providing these services to aliens for over 15 years. I-693 examinations occur on a daily basis. Same day and next day appointments are common. Completed examinations, with all documents signed by our Civil Surgeon, sealed and ready for the Citizenship and Immigration Services department of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security can be provided within 48 hours, so long as the applicant meets all of the medical requirements.
Mariner Medical is a full service provider for all medical requirements per the latest USCIS protocols:
- Do complete and necessary physical examinations
- Administer and check TB skin tests
- Prepare orders for all necessary blood testing
- Review all prior vaccination documents
- Administer all required vaccinations
- Take and review Chest x-rays
- Refer individuals with Latent TB to Public Health or Infectious disease Specialist
- Provide the completed, signed 5 page I-693 Immigration and Naturalization forms
